Brad Leggett works with CEO’s, business owners and VP’s of Sales to increase the sales and profits of their companies. He has delivered measurable results to over 100 clients in 19 industries. Teaming with his clients they built high-performance sales teams. To do this Brad helped establish clear goals and accountability, trained the sales teams, developed essential marketing tools and designed effective sales compensation programs. The key to his approach is Now…Where…How. Define where the company is today, set clear goals and design a roadmap to achieve those goals and success. He is a “roll up your sleeves” person who helps implement what he recommends.

Experience/Background 

Prior to starting his consulting and coaching practice Brad worked for Burroughs Corporation (Unisys) and Tektronix (Xerox) and Adra Systems. He was a Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Boeing National Account Manager, Asia/Pacific Marketing Manager, Director of Training, Manager of Sales Compensation and Operations, NASA Account Manager, Territory Manager and Sales Trainer. At Burroughs he earned President’s Honor Roll. At Tektronix he achieved 100% Club and The Masters Program. In his first year as a district sales manager he took his sales team to #2 from #21 out of 22 districts nationally (Tektronix).

Education/Professional Achievements

Brad is an honor graduate of Louisiana State University, B.Sc. International Trade and Finance. He completed executive education courses in marketing at the University of Michigan School of Business and is in Who’s Who in American Marketing. He is Past President of the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth, Past President of the Association of Professional Consultants and founding board member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association. Brad teaches in Executive Education Program for The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He is an experienced trainer in Professional Selling Skills, Strategic Selling (Miller Heiman) and has developed and taught numerous sales training programs. Since 2001 he has been a member of Vistage.
